The Outlaws marketing material is fun, whimsical, and very effective. When your ad came across my social media feed, it got my attention. I had been looking for a new scent for awhile, which is a challenge if you can't actually smell what you're looking for. I imagine selling scented products via a visual media is a daunting proposition. So, I pondered and explored for a few days more, then visited your website, and you roped me in!
And I am really glad you did!
I bought the box with just about everything. I bought the beard oil. I would have bought the liquid cologne, but sadly, you were out of stock. The solid cologne is a new experience, but I'm figuring it out.
Ordering was easy. Shipment was fast and very efficiently packaged. The little touches were nice. But the true surprise was the smell emanating from the box I opened. I've never encountered anything like it. It took my brain a second or two to process the olfactory input and tell the rest of me how incredibly amazing it smelled. Wow!
The Blazing Saddles scent is crazy good. At first, I had a bit of fear that it was going to be too strong, especially using the body wash, and lotion, and the solid cologne all together. I also wondered if the beard oil was going to clash. Nope and nope. The scent mellows quickly to a warm background and stays with you all day. The beard oil blends perfectly, and the oils are really well balanced. I absolutely love it, my wife loves it, and so do the friends I have asked to give me some feedback. I see them go through the same process of surprise at the uniqueness of the smell. It's not a fru-fru smell, and it's exactly what you describe. Very well done, folks!
Now, let's talk about the sample of Calamity Jane soap you included. Seriously. As much as my wife liked the Blazing Saddles scent, after I let her smell the Calamity Jane, she asked me to return the Blazing Saddles and get the Calamity Jane set. I told her no, I'd get it next time. She tried to bribe me, if you get my drift. I flipped it on her, let her smell the Blazing Saddles again, on me, this time, and that bribed her to wait. And other things. It was a win-win.
Safe to say I'll be reordering.
