I have GOOD & SOLID news for every Outlaw: We completed the subscription price update and I'm happy to say that every subscriber is now paying an equal price for exceptional goods.
As many of you know, we've been making changes at Outlaw in an effort to keep making the same scents you know and love (as well as making new ones!).
We know you've found your favorite scent with Outlaw, and we also know no one else is really doing what we're doing... So we know that when we stop making your favorite scent (as we have been doing off and on, depending on our finances), it leaves you in a tough (and sometimes stinky) spot.
We're doing everything we can to ensure there's no end to the Outlaw scents you know and love!

A big part of this effort is shoring up our pricing to ensure we're covering our costs, especially in cases where robots are controlling our orders, which means subscriptions.
Over the years, we've gone to some extraordinary measures to keep our Outlaws smelling great, including (but not limited to) partially subsidizing the price of long-time subscribers so we don't have to adjust your prices.
Of course, that compromises our ability to continue to provide you with these great scents over the long run (as well as continuing operations in general, which is important).
Over the past 7 days, we've updated every subscription with new pricing (active and inactive).
If you find an error, please let us know and we'll make it right. We're not infallible and this was a huge process, so mistakes may have been made. I can only promise that, as usual, we did our best.
I'll be reaching out to certain subscribers in the next few days... in some circumstances, we ran out of products and cancelled subscriptions (because there's no way to pause), and now those products are back in stock (or are going to be soon, as in the case of several scents of handmade soap, for example).
