I wasn't really sure what to write about, but then I got a glance at some old phone upload photos, and thought I might post about some of the most beautiful and inspirational places I have been. This isn't a comprehensive list... there's no way to create a comprehensive list of beautiful places. But here are some. I'd love to hear of your favorite and most inspirational places, so that I may investigate them as well! [caption id="attachment_11459" align="alignnone" width="764"]

This is a view from near Slab City out the back of my old van (rest in peace). If you want to read more about Slab City, you can do that
here and I really recommend looking at East Jesus here. East Jesus was created by Charlie Russell and is maintained by friends of mine.[/caption] [caption id="attachment_11463" align="alignnone" width="640"]

This is on the Pacific Crest Trail outside of Lake Hughes, CA. You can read more about the Pacific Crest Trail

This is a little cutout I had of David Byrne standing in one of the exhibits of the Museum of Jurassic Technology. You can read more about the Museum of Jurassic Technology

This is at Hicksville Trailer Park. You can read more about Hicksville
