K9s for Warriors provides service dogs to veterans who have Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, and/or Military Sexual Trauma as a result of military service.
We chose this charity because we have a commitment to supporting our service-members, and we have personally experienced the joy and healing power of dogs. K9s for Warriors not only provides trained service dogs, there are programs for people who wish to train service puppies, and they accept service animal rescues.
K9s for Warriors receives a 96/100 on Charity Navigator, so we are confident that every donation makes a difference.
