The Personal Touch vs The Need for Speed

You might have noticed that your order came with a handwritten "thank you" note on the packing slip. We do this because we truly do appreciate your purchase from our website, and want you to know that from our team to you, personally, it's important to us.

We've also been struggling to keep up with our orders in the past week or so, and part of this is because of the handwritten notes.

Today, we made the decision to ship all of today's orders without a handwritten note while we get caught up on the order we're behind on. So if you placed your order in the past couple days, I'd like to let you know that we still do appreciate your order a lot, we just know you appreciate SPEED and ACCURACY even more than you appreciate the handwritten note.

I've also hired a new person who will be helping us out in fulfillment, which will help us get your orders to you lickety split!

Thank you so much for your patience as we work through the priorities of what's important and what we can set to the side for a day while we get caught up. Your support in our little growing business is everything to us.
