"I know you guys are a big company, but the handwritten note really was nice." - Instagram Message
"Can I speak to the person in charge of your marketing?" - Common Email Intro
Even though we've been around since 2013, we're still a really tiny little company. We've got 16 employees (more than half of whom are offsite doing customer service, website stuff, etc). Our entire payroll is probably a fraction of the office supply budget of what the SBA calls a "small business" (1,250 employees for our industry). I (Danielle, the co-owner) still respond to many Instagram messages and Facebook comments personally.
We've grown a lot in the past year. At this time last year, we had two employees, and I had a second job. We had been growing at a pretty slow rate up until that point, but suddenly, we hit the NOS and went into hyperdrive (or some vehicular analogy that works, if that didn't).
For those of you who are relatively new to the gang, we truly appreciate your participation in our wild little corner of the internet. And for those of you who've been with us for a spell, we hope we continue to serve you as well as (or better than) ever!
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any notes for us in our journey to be the best soap company in the West!
