I just got back from the post office, which was predictably total mayhem.
It seems that another one of our international packages has vanished, which is not only disappointing to the customer, but also really hard on our finances. I think at this point, we have lost money on taking international orders due to customer refunds or reshipments, and we have zero recourse through the postal service.
As much as it pains me personally (since so many of my favorite customers are international), we just can't ship internationally until we figure out how to make this work.
