You may or may not be aware that Outlaw Soaps also sells on Amazon. But unlike on our site, where our solid bar soaps are the unequivocal stars of the show, Amazon's customers far prefer cologne.
In fact, our solid colognes on Amazon outsell our solid colognes on our own site by a factor of about 3 to 1.
Amazon has been a really complicated nut to crack, and it has taken a lot of work to figure out what works and what doesn't... and the fact is, different things work better on some places rather than others.
On our own site, Blazing Saddles does better than Gambler across-the-board.
But on Amazon, people apparently are often in the mood for whiskey, so Gambler sells better.
The trick is knowing when something just hasn't found its right market yet, if it has found the right market (but not the right marketing), or countless other factors that go into the success (or failure of a product).

We are proud and excited to leak the news that a new Gambler has sauntered into the Outlaw Soaps lair, and is waiting for us to deal it in.
