Things are pretty rockin' in the safehouse. The spray cologne sold out so fast that we decided to order 160 bottles and 2,000 labels. The boxes are going to be pine boxes with an Outlaw Cologne brand on 'em (yes, a real brand! Trust me, I'm worried about my ability to restrain myself from branding my leg).
The labels hit a bit of a hitch in their giddy-up since one of the people in the shop of the printer had to go to a funeral. These are the kind of things that happen when you work with other small businesses run by real people with real lives and real problems.
We think they'll be ok as long as we overnight 'em to us. But hey, a funeral is, to us, a completely acceptable reason to run late with a shipment.
It's these kind of things that separate us from the big companies... and not in a great way. We know that sometimes our smallness is an inconvenience because we don't have the kind of redundancies that big companies have. We know that you pay more in shipping and that it takes a couple days longer.
I'm sincerely thanking you for caring about small businesses enough to be our customer. It means a lot to all of us at this little Outlaw operation.
