Hey gang, I sometimes use this blog as a resource to hear what people think, and today I want to know:
Why do you buy handmade soap?
Whether or not you buy our handmade soap, I want to know what drives you to spend more money on something that you have to actively seek out (through web searches or in specialty stores).
Is it the people?
Is it the fact that you're supporting small business?
Is it the soap quality?
Is it allergies or skin conditions?
Is it the unique scents or styles?
Is it something else?
And a second optional question:
How did you find the handmade soap you currently favor?
Again, it doesn't have to be our soap, but I'm interested in where/how you found it...
Was it a web search? A craft fair? A farmer's market? A specialty store? A chain like Whole Foods?
If you want to tell me about specifically why you buy and how you found our handmade soap, I would appreciate it. But not necessary. I just want to know how people do in general.
I'm trying to get the broadest answers possible (selfishly, this is for marketing research), so if you feel like sharing, I'd appreciate that.
I don't know if it matters, but I might use your answer in future posts or marketing material. If that isn't ok, please let me know and I absolutely will not.
Thank you in advance!!
